Occupational Therapists
We’re always on the lookout for Occupational Therapist’s that share our values and fit into our Village.
We deliver OT differently and provide the kind of therapy that fits into real life, whether that’s in one of our therapy hubs, at school or early learning centres, out in the community, or in the family home.
You will complete assessments, set goals alongside each child and their family, and deliver therapy that helps kids get more out of the everyday things that matter to them – playing, learning, building independence, joining in.
No cookie-cutter plans here. Every child is different, and the way you work with them should be too. You’ll also coach and support families so the good stuff carries over at home, work closely with educators, other allied health providers and community organisations.
We’re a team that shares, learns from each other and backs each other in all that we do.
Community Inclusion Coaches + OT Assistants
At K+C Village, we help kids and teens feel included, confident, and capable in their everyday lives. Our Community Inclusion Coaches are an integral part of makign this happen!
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with children and young people, supporting them to build life skills, join in community activities, make friends, and work towards goals that matter to them and their families. You might be helping a child learn to catch the bus, join a group activity, or practise daily routines at home or in the community. You might even be supportign a yougn perosn in their very first job! You’ll do this alongside our occupational therapists, with clear plans and plenty of training + team support.
This is a casual position with flexible weekday hours (and Saturday’s by agreement). It’s active, rewarding work that makes a real difference. We value people who are patient, positive, and genuinely passionate about inclusion.
Support Team
At K+C Village, everything starts with making families feel genuinely welcome and supported. We value admindiatve support staff who are warm, organised and friendly.
Our Support Team are friendly face and voice that families meet first, greeting them with a smile, answering calls, helping with enquiries, and keeping all the important things running smoothly behind the scenes. One minute you might be scheduling appointments and sending reminders, the next you could be processing payments, filing notes, or making sure our therapy hubs are tidy, well-stocked and welcoming for the kids and families we support.
This isn’t a cold corporate admin job. It is a role in a close, supportive team that truly cares about the work we do. Our support team work closely with our clinicians and leadership team to help everything flow so we can focus on what matters most helping kids thrive. We value people who pay attention to detail, communicate with kindness, and want to contribute to a positive, inclusive environment.
